the staff were accommodating and friendly, fulfilling all of our exclusive needs. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna and swimming pool were top-notch and provided a relaxing experience. the location advantages were also superb as it was situated near the bustling city center.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant's breakfast. While they had special diet menus, the in-room breakfast could have been better in terms of taste and selection.

The breakfast was delicious, with American options in the room. The bed was incredibly spacious and the room had plenty of space. The location of the hotel was excellent, with great dining choices nearby. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

We stayed at Grand Hyatt for a family trip and had a fantastic time. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Shawn at the reception desk. They granted our request for an early check-in and even upgraded us to a deluxe room. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable bed and a separate shower in the luxurious bathroom. The amenities provided were great, and we loved the provision of USB phone charger plugs on the bedside tables. The shower pressure was excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back with our family.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our recent stay. The location is perfect for shopping as it's just off Orchard with easy access to the MRT and everything on orchard. The staff was always smiling and attentive towards our needs. The room was perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable with Balmain toiletries. The fitness center and pool are also excellent and well-maintained.

We did experience noise pollution from the next-door rooms at times.

During our stay in the heart of the shopping district, we were just a stone's throw away from all the major shopping malls in Orchard Road. It was so convenient to be close to the center of all the action, whether we wanted to explore on foot or hop in a taxi or take the underground. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and an amazing view of the city skyline. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with amenities. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, like a swimming pool and a fitness center, which we took advantage of. our experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The hotel was a bit understaffed during the busy holiday season, which resulted in a delay in getting our room ready upon arrival.

Its location was so convenient - just a stone's throw away from the bustling Orchard Road and surrounded by nearby shopping malls. I loved how easy it was to access everything, including the coffee shop in the mall next door. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the pool with a fine waterfall in the middle. The cleanliness of my spacious room was excellent, and I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Ideal location, sumptuous breakfast spread, and outstanding staff service. Room upgrade with lounge access was a lovely surprise and special congratulations note added a personal touch. The team at the restaurant displayed patience, efficiency, and good teamwork.

Our stay was fabulous. The service was fabulous. The staff were very very friendly and cooperative. The concierge was amazing and very helpful. He really helped us with directions and helpful tips for shopping and visiting places. The hotel also sent us a cake to celebrate my son's birthday. The King Suite we stayed in was spacious and the cleaning team did a fantastic job in tidying the room every single day when we were there. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby hotspots. We had a wonderful time during our New Year celebration.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Singapore. The location was perfect for shopping and the staff were polite and friendly. The housekeepers were particularly nice and always were really nice too ensure we had a comfortable stay. The pool area was really good and we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool. The on-site restaurants offered delicious meals and the Christmas Eve Poolside BBQ and Christmas Day Lunch were highlights of our trip. We were impressed with the hotel's commitment to environmental preservation, although we did notice some plastic packaging in the bathroom. Despite this, we loved everything about this hotel and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The room service was fast, and the staff at the front desk and room service were responsive and helpful. The restaurants and pool were also excellent, with the pool having salt water. The location of the hotel was great, especially if you're looking to go out at night with friends.

The pool area was lovely though loungers were limited. While we wished for a larger TV and closer access to the pool, overall we recommend this hotel.
